We now have in our possession one Tommy Chew. He was under a building and froze up there I got the garden hose and Susie on one end with a long piece of tubing and she caught him. I am so happy Susie is smiling again Thank you all.

Maybe chicks again. I’m still weighing pros and cons here. We’d just go to a farm store, I think. Four chicks might not handle shipping well.

I've gotten 6 at a time with no losses. However if the farm store has the breeds you want (which they never have for me) it would be a lot cheaper since you don't have to pay the shipping cost. That would add nearly $10 to each of the four chicks.

Found the cat after looking all over creation if I ever get him out from where he is anchored I'm going to wring his neck.

I looked every place on this property except one and that's where he is. He has been there three days and has no sign of coming out to eat or anything.

Indoor cats that get out most often don't go far, usually hang around the house, and for some reason won't come when you call for them. When ours got out we put some food out in the path to the enclosed porch and left the door open. She came back in by herself. I seriously doubt we could have ever chased her down.
