I guess yesterday's drama with that company wore me out, I get the snail today If I change companies now, I'll lose my deposit so am going to make this work one way or another.

The company has a place on their website to give reviews. I'm going to wait until they have finished their job and then write them a peachy one. Don't want to jeopardize things at this point or I'll end up pushing a handcart with my belongings down south.
