My mom got checked into the ER today for chest pain and high blood pressure. She is doing okay and going to be released tomorrow morning. All her tests came back normal so they wanted to keep her for the night just in case.

Wanted to go see her but I was working late and visiting hours are over at 8 and they only allow two visitors at a time so my dad and brother went. Was able to call her though :)

It will be a long time before clean up is done. There is just so much damage and mess. We got all the stuff that was thrown everywhere picked up. We still have several large trees that went down that need to be taken care of…3 in my backyard. It’s too wet right now to get back there. There are many huge rootballs that need to be taken out. We need a large excavator for that. Ours is too small for the job. I’m not sure when things will get started. The guy that is doing most of it has a shingling job to do first and I think he’ll be out after that. The new shed won’t be put up for at least a year. That contractor is so busy cuz he’s good and we are on his list.
