Our baby, Alex is getting a little sister in February! She will be the 3rd great grandbaby, and the 3rd granddaughter. I'm excited to get another girl!

I asked him for it on the date on the autograph. We were having lunch at the airport and so was he. My dad dared me to go ask him for it lol. My dad took it once when he was mad at me, which is probably good because I probably wouldn’t have it now. Still really made me mad.

Yeah, and not long before he died. It’s probably not worth much, but I was really happy when I got it. I love to fly.

You mean as in pilot a plane? Or as a passenger?

I'm happy being a passenger, never had the urge to learn to fly myself.

I would’ve learned if given an opportunity but I do enjoy flying as a passenger in small aircraft. Commercial is kinda boring except for take off and landing.

With those predicted temps coming up quickly, can you take steps on your own to cool your office?

I have an air purifier with a fan in it that I am using. The system is working a bit better today but it is a long term project--The 40 year old cooling coils are plugged with "dirt" which is corrosion from the old pipes.

I bet you did a wonderful job of decorating the cookies DMC! If I had one to try, I could comment on the taste also.

I haven’t decorated yet. I just baked them after school. I’m decorating tomorrow as there is no school. The shower is Saturday. These probably won’t be the prettiest. She wants gold and sage green. I couldn’t find sage so I got as close as I could. I found gold sugar, but it’s not pretty.

Apparently the night of the grooms bachelor party they were wanting my cookies. They were on a bus and of course drunk and yelling for my cookies. My son was on that bus and said it was irritating cuz they wouldn’t shut up about them. I thought it funny. I suppose if he had been polluted like the rest of them, he may have found it funny too.

We have some children and grands visiting Saturday or Sunday, or both. Hamburgers and hotdogs are ready to grill.

Do you all get as hot down there? I know your humidity is as bad, or worse than ours.
I can handle heat better than humidity, but I'd prefer a climate that stays at 75 to 84 all year round, maybe 55 to 60 at night...and no mosquitoes or noseeums either. And, where it only rains a nice steady rain twice a week. And, since I'm designing my own habitat, I want to be on a non-political island, with fresh water, plenty of trees, mountains, and no predators.

Is that all IM?
