She was probably on hold for a while, told her story/ shared her complaint with a half dozen people, and transferred to another department each time. By the time you got her, she was ready to explode, and she had to pee.
I'm glad she apologized. And I'm glad you graciously accepted. Customer service was never my talent.

It was a huge relief when it was done. The lady that set up our tests said another Para took it 17 times before passing. I think I would have found a new career.

My deck is finally done. The new door doesn’t come until next week so the siding isn’t back on yet. My boys bought me new lights for my birthday, but they aren’t on yet. The old ones you can barely see as they are so small. I’ll post another picture when it’s all done.

She told me took so much Xanax, for anxiety, the night before, that she did the last test in her sleep. She was ready to give up and go back to Australia.

My deck is finally done. The new door doesn’t come until next week so the siding isn’t back on yet. My boys bought me new lights for my birthday, but they aren’t on yet. The old ones you can barely see as they are so small. I’ll post another picture when it’s all done.

That nursing test is hard. My sister took it.

Good morning all, TGIF! Yesterday I had a caller that was so rude I hung up on her and had to take a minute to compose myself afterward. She called a second time and when we started the call she apologized. I almost fell out of my chair. Gives me a sliver of hope for humanity.

All that probably happened at her employer who then gave her our number because we’re the company taking her money out of her paycheck. She was embarrassed and angry at everyone but the right person
