Thanks Janie! We lost a lot of our grove too. We didn’t really notice it until the leaves fell off. Trees are one of my most favorite things. It’s hard to see in these pictures but there’s a lot of downed trees.
Not sure what is going on with this tree that is stripped of bark. It happened in the last couple months. There was bark laying all over the snow.

It's still a beautiful place, but I always hate to lose a tree also.

That is so sad. Unfortunately there are people like that. You sure did a nice job with your place.

I have to give credit to my husband. He was always a workhorse. Still is, but this neuropathic disease has taken a lot out of him.
We couldn't even see the water when we bought this place. The driveway had to be cleared before we could do anything else. He did an amazing job, with a little help from his friends.
