The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

My oldest son is recovering from a dirt bike incident. He had surgery to repair his clavicle Thursday. The surgeon says it will be a long recovery.
His youngest son (11 yo) accidentally rammed him, on his own bike. The grandchild is only bruised, but his dad (my son) had a compound fracture.
I really wish they would put both those bikes on craigslist.

That’s sad but glad he’s at least recovering and mostly okay! I personally hate bikes

Sorry about your son Janie. Hope he heals soon, that sounds really painful. Glad your g-son is ok!

I used to love them..for me. Not for my kids, though.

It just occued to me, that All of my biological kids have broken their collar bones in bike accidents. The oldest daughter, had her wreck on a friend's dirt bike, at 12 years old. The youngest son, was 17, and on a street bike when a car pulled out in front of him.

The oldest grandson broke his on a horse. The 2nd grandson was skateboarding. The oldest granddaughter was jumping on a bed. 🤣

That's not the sort of trait you want running in the family
