Hoping are temperatures are more reasonable today. Yesterdays high was only 93, but we broke a record for humidity so the feels like got up to 109 before it cooled off.

I posted this picture elsewhere, but i have to post it here. Vicious Bluejays are attacking every animal and bird around here. They are always aggressive but this year they are at their worse.

What are you doing today DMC? I’m preparing to possibly be without a kitchen sink for the weekend. Yeah it shouldn’t even take a day, but you know how things can go sometimes.

You'll have to share a picture of your new sink when it's installed (and before it's full of dirty dishes )!

That is nuts. And just how much would it cost to move the fence when the neighbor shows you the lot lines based on survey pins you don't know about? Or how much of your property are you willing to give to the neighbor because you THINK you know where the lot lines are?

We happen to agree with you about surveying the lot lines. It's not a city requirement to do one, but we're going to have it done just to be sure we're ok.
