I live in blue jeans and assorted tops (or sweat shirts). Maybe I should go to my appointment in my pajamas...no buttons or zippers on some of those. And I could wear my slippers to round out the outfit.

I've been making our mayo from scratch. Super simple...it's an egg, salt, avocado oil, and dijon mustard. Just whip it up with a hand blender, it doesn't take any time at all.

Don't forget..no bra with metal latches. I've had it done, it is very easy. I now have Osteoporosis. My dr wanted me to go to the hospital..that's where this would be done..to have some sort of infusion. Can remember the name of the stuff now. I looked it up. Nope. Side affects! I'm super sensitive to meds as is it. He knows that. He said there are different ones. Looked them up. Nah. I'm taking a big amount of a supplement every day. Hope it works.

The FDA has approved lab grown meat for human consumption. It’ll be hitting a restaurant near you soon. I bet it’s delisherous

I'm still concerned with the ethics of that. I read in one place that it was plant based but with animal dna...I wonder if the meat will have a navel?
