I went to get a couple bags of ice this morning, my car said it was 97 degrees it’s not too bad if you don’t move around.

I can’t remember what it’s called. His bones fused together. They removed them and put in titanium. It’s hereditary and the boys have a 50% chance of it happening to them.

Usually it’s just three horrid months. The horridness is just more horrid lol. We actually had a very nice Spring so I think we all were hoping this heat wouldn’t happen this year.

Thanks! I don’t get them until August 1st, but the short time I had the demo pair today was pretty amazing. When your hearing slowly goes you don’t realize how much you’re missing.

It becomes your new 'normal'. I thought the birds had stopped singing - I just couldn't hear them.

Good morning Sour. It sure does, I was surprised by how much I don’t hear. I’m looking forward to wearing them on my morning walk with the dogs. The birds are just getting up around that time.

Sounds like maybe otosclerosis. Either way it’s great he’s doing well. If I wasn’t concerned about the mental aspects of hearing loss I might not bother with aids. “I didn’t hear you” is a great excuse

No, I was born in Iowa, lived in the Midwest, on an farm, until I was 8. Then to California, and AZ about 20 years ago. When we moved here it wasn’t like this, we had a lot more monsoons and the snow pack was more consistent.
