Tinnitus is insane here too. got used to it during the day. I listen to an app at night.

I feel like as I turn up white noise to mask that mine Increases. Nights are a crapshoot for sleep.

You have every right to file that complaint! I don’t know how you can stand it. We have 90’s coming up again and I am not looking forward to it at all.

The air conditioner guy just left. The bill from last time was $319. This one will probably be more. They put dye somewhere to find out where the leak is. He’ll come back in a month and hopefully we’ll get something figured out. I’m glad hubby was here. All that business is clear as mud to me.

Thanks, me too. I’m kind of partial to both A new unit is at least $12,000.

I got a new one a couple of years ago. Didn't cost that much! Of course the labor was free. My son in law works for a company that does heat and air. This thing is huge! Didn't expect that. He laughed when I said that. He says that's what everyone says. But I mean..wait..I'll get a picture. Does anyone else have one this big? No my house isn't huge. Everyone else's around here is half the size.

We have hit 119 for two days in a row. The weather reported tomorrow will be the same; I feel so bad for the chickens. The best time to be outside is from 0330 to 0530 or so, which is when I water. Otherwise I stay inside with the exception of taking ice out to the crew; if I need to go to the store I go when they first open, Walmart opens at 0600 and they’re kinda busy. All the blinds and drapes are closed 24/7. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for air conditioning!

I don't use white noise, I use music..waaay low.

I don't use white noise, I use music..waaay low.

I can’t do music, it’s one of the things I struggle with. Some of the notes are too much at the volume I need. I use TinnitusPlay; right now I like pink noise over a waterfall but I change it from time to time depending on what feels good. My preference is usually fans.
