I haven't noticed either. I'm pretty good about expiration dates on food stuff though.

When my son was helping me pack up the FL house to move to KY, he needed toothpaste so I gave him an unused tube from my stash. Apparently toothpaste has an expiration date too...what came out of that tube was separated and nasty

Happened to me. I pulled out an older tube. Looked ok..the taste though!
