Our worst fires happen then too.
It’s getting there. He had the combine parked in there before the roof was tinned. It was more like a Pergola. It was better than direct sunlight since we never knew when they were coming. He’s already thinking of what he can park in our son’s shed when he takes ownership. Is your new shed full of equipment now DMC? That's one thing that got done (finally) this summer!

It’s supposed to be his September 1st. They are closing the end of August. We were over there a week ago to get a dehumidifier going. Renter of the land let us in. (Long story…the son is hopeless and didn’t show up the week before that like he was supposed to.) We went back to check on it a couple days later. The drain in the basement was plugged, so the dehumidifier cord was under water. That could have been a disaster. Son contacted realtor, she got mad and son told her we had permission and the person that rents the land let us in. She simmered down after that and called the son(they are friends)and chewed him out for not being there and said he better get there that day. He was going to try and snake the drain. If he couldn’t get it then he was calling a plumber. I wonder how many more issues are going to pop up? He hasn’t heard if the bank appraised it yet. Sorry if that made no senseWhere do things stand with your son and that house, any update?
