Hi Debby, you also! It’s beautiful out right now. I opened the windows yesterday and will keep them open for part of the day today. It’s supposed to start getting warm again.

This new med is kicking my butt at least I’m pretty sure it’s the new med. I didn’t sleep all night except maybe a teeny bit because I had a headache AND! I kept throwing up all night. I started the new med yesterday so I want to give it a chance first but not if I’m extremely sick from it. At least before I would only throw up like once or twice not all day and night

The low this morning was 74F. Today we go to 108F with a similar high tomorrow.

We do cool to the mid 90s for the weekend and then go back up to the low 100s next week.

I need to go on my 20 minute walk this morning.
