Also I’m going to talk to the nurse because in addition to the other symptoms, now my chest is tight ever since I got home this afternoon.

But to be more positive, I had a good day otherwise. I hung out with Rick and then therapy went really well so that’s good.

It sounds like you are having a lot of anxiety. Is there anything that helps you calm down? Reading, walking, playing with your dog?

Playing with the dog and music help. Walking sometimes but I feel too sick to walk. Maybe the chest thing is just anxiety, idk. Good point. I hadn’t thought of that.
