Our fairs -haha- have plate lunch and malasadas. The end. But we do have good choices for our plate lunch and it is nice to have someone else do the cooking. Sometimes, chowfun or chili and rice too. Now I am getting hungry...

I had to look up malasadas...they look delicious!

It was good, thanks. I put garlic and Italian seasoning in it along with peppers and onions. My men don’t like chunks so I juice it and put it in hot dishes.

Sounds like a nice thing to have on hand. Do you have more canning to do?
