I think the monsoon skipped us this year Debby. We have two 116 days, then 112, then should cool below 105 for a few days. Looking forward to cooler temps for sure.

Are you starting to see signs of Fall in your area?

Our temps are dropping a bit but haven't seen any leaves change yet. There is a limb that fell out of one of our trees yesterday, but guess that isn't a sign of fall as much as a sign of high winds.

You go there often if I recall Sour. The only thing I know about Chincoteague is from a story about the horses. Are the wild horses still there?

Actually, that weather will be here before we know it. If time keeps going as fast as it does for me now days. It's almost September already! Where did August go?

I feel like it's about time to pull a few plants. Tomato and squash. The squash will keep giving. I've frozen a lot of zucchini.

I hope I get squash this year. We planted buttercup and it’s not doing so well.

The crazy vacationers are getting out of hand everywhere! I can hardly believe some of the stories coming out of Yellowstone (a place near & dear to my heart).

I'm so excited! It's like fall here. I'm going to pull out a few of my fake fur blankets and brush them out in preparation for the chilly nights!
