I always see lower numbers first thing in the morning if I have carbs at night, and higher numbers if I don’t. Weird right? But that’s normal from what I’ve read.
Carbs are not bad, they are fuel for your body. Getting sugar from natural sources like fruit, albeit in small quantities, is actually healthy.Huh, maybe that’s why then. How do you like the keto bread? My choice for bread is Dave’s sprouted grain thin sliced. Or the seed one, I like that one too. Particularly toasted with avocado and pico![]()
