Good morning Debby! Wonderful! they cleaned every weed out of the small pond and are putting the swan food away now. It's getting cold I may install the aerator today, it keeps the ice off a large area.

I had to look that up as we don't have those that I know of up here in Wisconsin. That reminds me of a killdeer cept killdeers have way longer legs. View attachment 3654563

Good morning Debbie! they tend to forage through the scrub brush and wet areas in search of grubs and worms. There was a lot of them in Wisconsin at one time, I don't know now.
