Yeah, that’s a good point. Thanks. I think I need to decide for myself once and for all that I’m done with this particular bad habit. But that’s really hard cause every time I start doing well, I all of a sudden want to do it again. I’ve gone 5 years once and broke that. For an example. But I NEED to make the decision already. Maybe going in again would help speed that up ha but even they can’t help if I don’t want to stop it. And just btw, no it’s not drugs or alcohol or smoking or anything like that, don’t worry. But it’s still bad and harmful.At some point you're going to have to make your health a priority. Not just talking it through, but taking control. It's easy to give other people advice, but you are the only one who can truly control your health. Try making small changes.
