I hate having my photo taken. I am so not photogenic. I prefer to be on the other side of the camera.

100 years ago when I was in elementary, we just had group class photos. Does your elementary school have like a yearbook every year?

I wore myself out yesterday running all over the place. Today I'm just hanging out at home, made some hard boiled eggs, catching up on laundry, maybe bake something. Dinner is leftovers so won't even have to cook dinner.

Yes, they aren’t very thick.

I had a Dr appointment this morning. As I pulled into the parking lot he called me, and asked if I could call his office and reschedule for next week. On the way home we had a flat tire. When we got home my chickens met me at the road... apparently I left the gate to their run standing open. And baby Isaac has decided that today, the first chilly day of the season, is the perfect time to discover the joys of streaking.

Have you ever had one of those days when you think maybe you should've just stayed in bed...

Everyone keeps telling me tomorrow will be fine and he won’t send me but I have a strong feeling it won’t be and he will.

Thank you. I’ve talked to Rick a lot today which has helped but I’m still so scared and I can’t seem to shake it I don’t care about myself so much but I’m scared I’ll lose the pets if I go in again.

2. A dog and a cat. And he always watches them and says he can’t/doesn’t want to anymore. I don’t think he actually will do it though since he loves them too but I don’t know for sure. Rick offered to help maybe and I might have a friend that can too but idk. He rehomed my parakeets last time. I gave him permission though but still. It’s too much for him.

Thanks! But I don’t know for sure that they can. Rick doesn’t drive and my other friend has a baby so idk. Normally my dad’s friend can help but he moved. And my appointment is 12:30 so I’ll be worrying all morning.

You're getting so stressed out worrying, but it's very possible that he won't do anything at all. If your therapist didn't think you needed to go in, he might not either.

Hmmm that’s a good point. I hope he doesn’t. But then again I kind of hope he does. Idk. I’ve told some of the staff at club too and they didn’t think I needed to either. And they’re required to call if they thought I needed to. I even called my therapist today and told her what I did yesterday and she still didn’t think I needed to go so.

Last time you were worried that he was gonna section you, all he did was adjust your meds. Maybe that's what he'll do tomorrow.
