If all goes well in the spring I want to grow about 200' in a row of spinach for canning at home.

When we have fresh spinach it gets steamed until wilted and then covered in a cheese sauce.

We have also topped a whole pizza crust with the cheesy fresh spinach with some ham.

Only raw in a salad mixed with a lot of other greens and that's it! Don't put any of that cooked green slime on my plate.

You've never tried my creamed spinach.
