It's a no bake treat. It's especially good to make in the summer when you don't want to make the AC work harder by firing up the oven. For the deluxe banana bread you start with one slice of a multigrain bread and and add a smear of almond butter and then wrap it around one small banana. Almond butter not required but is a nice touch.

DH used to have a Moka pot and he liked it. That's a little too hard core for me.
