I have antibiotic ointment I could use and maybe gloves?I was going to recommend working hands lotion too. I use it on the inevitable cracks that develop on my fingertips in winter. I put it on at bedtime. If it's bloody and cracked I recommend some antibiotic ointment and bandages.

Use it nightly for a week, then every couple of nights to maintain.
