Did y’all know you can sue Hershey for $5 mil because your candy doesn’t look like what’s on the package? Yeah, someone is doing that; talk about frivolous and ridiculous.

I saw that. Ridiculous was my first thought too. If you want a pumpkin, buy a pumpkin, not candy.
Frivolous lawsuits just make us all pay more for things. If no one is harmed, there shouldn't be a lawsuit.
