Tip: if you buy Christmas decor at a Hobby Lobbg sale, put it in with your existing Christmas decor (no matter how much troublethat is), otherwise you may never find it again. You may even start to doubt you bought it in the first place.

Good morning, LT.
For my part, I prefer Tennessee, ice & snow, and all. If I were moving again, I'd prefer a move to the Cumberland mountains. And it would be a true win for me since @Grammy60 Sue & Bob are there, and Debby is not too terribly far away.

I was on top of the Cumberland Plateau. Rocky Top. The real rocky top. I couldn't drive a T post in the ground over 6" in most places. Bed Rock. I had no clue as I had only live on FL sand or MO clay dirt and some MI just plain dirt. I got a rude awakening. To make matters worse so many of the farms that were sold in small acreages had deed restrictions pup in place that allowed horses but no other form of live stock. Deer were allowed to ravage your property in town like they paid the taxes on it. It was beautiful about 5 months out of the year and then all bets were off. Really don't miss the tornado watches either. It's not perfect here but no place is. I can harvest deer on my property in exchange for feeding them.

Good morning everyone. Happy anniversary Debby. The rain for the day has just started. That will make it all the easier for my customer that is coming at 9:30... He has started buying more hens and fewer eggs. It's still a win for us with fewer feeders to fill and eggs to refrigerate. Did I say how much we enjoy the rain when the temps are in the mid 30's.... I could have kept this in TN and not have gone through our last move.
