Two members cooked with one of the staff members. They each made their own version of shepherds pie. One beef and one turkey. I tried both but you could choose just one too.

I'd have gone with beef and hubby would have chosen turkey. Those are good!

I've made shepherds pie in the past using chunks of baked chicken breast. That way is one of my favorites.
