Good Morning to you and everyone else. We are getting some sunshine today and will thaw out enough to work outside by 10.

I've got to make a quit trip into town while it is still to cold to safely work on our current project. Looks like layers of warm outer wear will be required today. By 10 the peeling of the layers should start so we can be flexible enough to move. :)

The clock is telling me it's time for breakfast and then some time on the treadmill.

Before I retired I was walking up to 12 miles a work day on a treadmill. Once I got it set on too much of an incline and really messed up my heels. Went to a doc about it and he told me I could spend hundreds at a foot specialist for just put inserts in my shoes under my heels so they were elevated for about $10. $10 was a cheap cure that worked. He was not native to the states and when he told me about shoes to wear he said "Cowboy Shoes" and his nurse said he means cowboy boots. He also told me no follow up appointment wold be needed. He was right. l wish all doctors were like him.
