I'm going to try this. Not the zombie shape, but the recipe. I've never seen a meatloaf recipe with buttermilk or cloves in it. Are the cloves very potent, or do you notice the flavor at all?Get some rest this weekend!

I only shape it like a zombie around Halloween, the rest of the time I just shape it in a large log. Here's a picture of mine when I made it a zombie:
