I need to put up Bluebird nest boxes here. I see them almost daily and don't know where they nest except possibly for some cavities in the woods be own. I think here we could get 4 clutches a year with well fed bluebirds. I will put a baffle below the box itself to keep snakes, raccoons, and cats out of the the nest boxes. I think I can put up 4 and have them far enough the males will not fight. If memory is right they need to be 300' apart.

I know they have to be well spaced apart and would think 300' should be good. They're such pretty birds, it will be nice if you can get some nesting at your place LTay.
