There's a market perhaps 10 miles away. Guy grows/sells his own corn. Perhaps by mid July he will have some. He generally stretches the season to November. Come October a lot of the corn seems to be more mature - that's when I buy and freeze some.

That's a nice long season to be able to get things.

The guy that runs the veggie stand closest to us buys produce from other gardeners and sells it (sharing in the sales). It's a mixed bag on if things will be consistently good.

I wish. I like the cooler temperatures, but all this rain is a mess. It rained here again this evening.
