Earlier this morning I read this article about HOA's. I knew they were bad but this stuff is crazy bad!

I am very happy that we do not have an HOA here. We do have codes and covenants but they are not enforced much. Only when someone violates a code. Things like house color are not enforced and we do not make payments to an HOA.

We are taking care of my Oldest DDs two kids for a couple of weeks while daycare is figure out. The oldest is 4 and the youngest is 1.5.

I was very tired by yesterday evening!

Grandchildren can be a lot of work.
