So what did they find out?

Not much actually. He had a portion of rib eye and eggs yesterday. She thought it might have had too much fat content for him. If he isn't better by Friday she wants to run some pancreatic tests.

Thanks. The first storm was supposed to miss us, but didn’t. We got home just in time. We got a fast inch of rain, which we needed. There is supposed to be another system coming in yet.

You are so right Sour. Having a pet and taking good care of it is a luxury.

It is the truth! I miss my boy cat but he ate like a small lion. Its amazing what a hit he was to my budget. (I'd still take him over the budget though.)
My vet tried to give me a kitten. She even offered free vet care for it. I said no ma'am, two cats and a dog (not to mention all the chicken expenses) are enough.

Almost $500 later, he is sleeping. He had two shots for nausea and vomiting. Came home with two medications and a new dog food. I'm hoping this did the trick.

Brewster ate a little and has kept it down. So far so good.

You are so right Sour. Having a pet and taking good care of it is a luxury.

Luckily I am able to take care of the 'small stuff'. My veterinarian and I have been friends for more than 50 yeas, and I get a 30% bill discount.
