Hi Ron, I had never heard of that spill over and had to look it up. How weird and interesting!

I read an article of a like like this in England so there are some lakes like this. This is a big lake too.

The angle of the last picture makes it look like the charms are hanging below the wire and leaning on the rope...fire that photographer! The charms are really inside the rope frame.
