The big one on the right covers everything from appetizers to desserts. It was a gift from the mother of my teenage boyfriend...she shoved it in my hands and said "Take this, I know you don't know anything about cooking". She was right of course. The book lasted a lot longer than her son. :gig

I have a BC Mexican and Italian cookbooks too but they're packed away.
