Supposed to be 99° Tuesday. Yes, 99°. That’s up from the 97° predicted before. LOL it keeps going up.

Supposed to be 92° tomorrow. Slightly cooler but still ridiculous.

There is an extreme heat warning in place from tomorrow at 11am until Tuesday at 8pm.

Heat index values up to 108 expected.



WTH. LOL

Hi everyone!!!!!!! Today was hot but tomorrow is even worse!!!!!!

Supposed to be 101 now. Yesterday it went up to 100 from 99. Now it went from 100 to 101. WTH. Near record high they say. I’m curious what the record is LOL

I will be staying inside in the AC LOL

Usually I walk next door to stores or restaurants but I’m not gonna do that tomorrow.

Our house was built in 1995 and we moved in in 1999. There were roses out front when we moved in and the same rose bushes are still going strong!

One time my dad's neighbor asked him to help grow tomatoes. Things were going well until the neighbor showed up at dad's door with the entire plant. Neighbor had dug it up looking for the tomatoes (he thought they grew off the root).

One of our neighbors asked Jim if he could identify a volunteer plant that his wife was watering and keeping trimmed in her flower bed. He said he thought he might have an allergy to it. It turned out that the plant was poison oak!

Thanks! I pretty much just woke up so, yeah, that is pretty nice. At least the sheep, goats and chickens can fend for themselves if I sleep in.

I think it's a 4-H Shooting Sports thing going on this week (no shearing) so I'm just on dog-duty and farm watch. I'm almost finished putting together a new coop for the Seramas, so they will be happy.

Should I say good morning, or good afternoon? Anyway, I'm glad you got to sleep in!
