Happy Tuesday!

It's been nice on the homefront, but I still feel exhausted. Maybe the sheep pox is still with me or something. I dunno. It totally changed my taste buds so nothing I ate before really tastes good anymore. Very strange.

It's a nice day out here so I hope you all are having the same or will get your turn soon!

Scaredy is finding the shady spots. Early yesterday she was under an umbrella/table on the deck actually panting. Later she moved under the shrubs along the deck. The Princess and I are hunkering down in the AC.

Hunkered in front of the a/c is the only reasonable place to be during this heat. Glad Scaredy is finding cool spots!

Hi Debby! How was Opie's trip to the vet? I hope he's not too worse for wear about the drive or the visit.

Today Opie went for his yearly vet visit and he weighed in at a whopping 20 pounds. He is a lapful for sure!

This is a new vet office we're trying out. So far they've seen Bam Bam and now today Opie. I really like the staff at this place. Glad we've found them. Pip goes in for her yearly next week, hopefully they still want our 3 as patients after seeing her (she's not a "good" patient ).

Thanks! Yeah, I don't think I'm 100% yet as crazy as that sounds. TMI, but I'm still getting random blisters (but definitely no where like before, thankfully.)

With the meat thing (since I had been doing carnivore for a year and 1/2) at first actually thought I might have Alpha-gal (an allergy to meat from tick bites since we were shearing sheep with ticks that day) but I'm not allergic, it just doesn't taste good anymore. Oh well, ice cream diet it is!

I'm glad it sounds like the vet visit went well and you found a good one! Good boy, Opie!

An ice cream diet is a diet I could stick to (There's actually a carton of chocolate almond DH put in the freezer yesterday...I believe it is calling my name )

Glad the blisters are less than before. Hopefully they get all the way down to None!
