Thanks!!!!!! And normally he’s pretty good but apparently last night he was barking all night. until I got home. Then he barked a little again but mostly quieted down. I was gone from like 5:30-10:30ish. I got dropped off like 5:45 by my brother and met up with my BF & some of his friends. We walked ALL over downtown and beyond LOL 5 miles! The other 2 were from walking Brewster and walking with my outreach worker yesterday plus just random steps LOL but yeah, maybe meds next year? IDK. I hate to drug him but I also don’t want him to be freaking out like that LOL

Sounds like you had a fun evening! I've never had to use anything to keep the cats (or former dog) for the 4th but if Brewster gets upset, maybe that would be something to talk over with your vet for next year.

Just got back from a TSC trip. It's already hot and so humid it's feels like bath water outside. Yuck!

Going to be a good day to stay inside.

Sounds like you had a fun evening! I've never had to use anything to keep the cats (or former dog) for the 4th but if Brewster gets upset, maybe that would be something to talk over with your vet for next year.

Good morning DMC, how was your 4th?

Hi Debby. It was pretty mellow. We sat on the porch most of the day. It was super windy but we needed it or we would have been eaten alive by the mosquitoes and it was hot and humid.
How was yours?

We got another inch of rain last night. I don’t have to water my flowers now.

Good morning Janie, glad you enjoyed the day! We had fireworks going off on in the neighborhood but it was all quiet by around 10:30. The cats didn't seem to be bothered, thankfully.

I saw a sad news story out of TX about flooding. Is that anywhere close to your area?

I saw that too. Many young girls died.

Good morning, Debby! Yeah everyone here was unphased, thankfully. I did get asked if I wanted to do some sparklers, but we forgot. Definitely no "is this a fountain or an aerial assassin?" fireworks last night, so that was good for us, haha.

Yeah, I should really quit calling them Seramas. That's what they were sold to me as, but I know I should just call them bantams--this is a chicken forum after all. They are cuties. I wouldn't mind letting her hatch out a few more.
