Hi Debby! Very easy. I was having to vacuum more because you see the dust bunnies much easier than if you had carpet. I invested in a Shark robot.

Hi Jen, no party invite from the neighbors but guess we were included in a way since we had to listen to it all night long. Those kind of parties are way in my rear view mirror!

You are a nicer neighbor than me. I'm sure you handled that way better than I would have.

Sorry about the flooring, that had to have been super frustrating! What type of flooring are you going to put in? DH wants to eventually (key word: eventually) use put in some LVP in our house.

Thanks, Debby! Yep, just the click-type vinyl plank. We already have it in our bathroom, just need to do the rest of the house. We got the nicest we could (22mil wear layer) so it will hopefully survive the dogs and muddy wet springs and winters.

When I was a child I wanted a monkey so badly! Anyway, my brother had a friend who's family had one. He took me over to meet the monkey and that darn thing was mean! It bit, spit, and pulled hair. That cured me.

Morning Janie! Similar monkey story here...my aunt was a HS biology teacher and used to periodically be on the receiving end of all sorts of things. Once she temporarily had a monkey in a big cage in her living room. All of us kids learned to give Zippy a wide berth when passing the cage, that was one mean nasty little critter!

Sorry, no monkey stories here! I've watched enough of the documentaries, though. Terrifying!
