Good morning. Storms and flooding to the North and East of us last night. 6 to 8" in an hour in some spots. Weather gone crazy.

I hope you get some. We dug some potatoes yesterday, and they are mud balls. We got rain a week ago yesterday. It hasn’t dried out a whole lot.

Oh wow. Digging potatoes in the mud! What kind of potatoes? (Idahoan here, lol.) I used to work at an organic farm and harvesting potatoes was always kind of brutal (TONS of potatoes.) Never had to do it in the mud, though! (I couldn't imagine that, well I could--I think I would complain, lol.)

Kennebec or Russet…not sure. It’s dry on the surface, so we didn’t have 6” of mud on our shoes.
