They had a doctor's apt this morning. Mom is at 3cm now but not in active labor. She says she is very, very ready.

It is. I'm keeping my phone close. She plans to have me on a video call during the delivery. I told her that the last thing on her mind during delivery would be her mother-in-law.

Nothing dramatic about it after the trama you went through before. I'm getting to where I dread every storm that passes through and we have never had damage like y'all had.

I don’t mind normal storms. We sat on the porch last night and watched the lightning. It went on for hours. I did not last for hours due to the skeets coming out.

Hubby was worried about the onions rotting, so we pulled them. I hope they don’t rot from picking them too early. They are very nice.

Wow, that looks like a good onion harvest! So you just dig them up with the track loader, huh? That seems pretty fun . No, but your garden looks amazing! I hope the peppers and squash recover and still hoping you get a lot less weather than they are saying!

Wash stainless steel with your bare hands. I just wash my knife and rub it between my finders and on my palms.
