Good morning.

My mom water bathed. I loved going into her fruit cellar and seeing everything she canned. I was so lucky that I had a mother that did it.

Mom did the same thing. Our cellar was filled with canned fruit, vegetables and the best jellies you have ever tasted.

My mom water bath canned but us kids weren't allowed to be in the kitchen when she did it. She said it was to keep us safe but I think it was really to keep us out of her hair
