It is ceramic so you have to be more careful with it since it can crack with sudden temperature changes.
It’s a beautiful pan. I use aluminum loaf pans. I have much better luck with them. I love the look of the Artisan loafs though.
I am getting this pan to make sourdough sandwich bread.
It will give me more to do in retirement too!
Make sure to post a picture. Mine is sourdough also.
