I baked sourdough sandwich bread in the new ceramic baker today:

When the bread cools down more, I will slice it up to see what the inside is like.

I loods good so far though!

Good morning, DMC. Happy back to work day!

Hi Janie.
They are doing a lot of remodeling at the high school. There was no a/c. It was very hot. We’re out there again tomorrow morning and we’re supposed to go to our school after that. Apparently because of all the rain and humidity, there is a mold problem. I said last year I could smell mildew in the building. We don’t know what’s going to happen now. They are cleaning with some special cleaner. I believe OSHA will be coming in.

That sounds interesting. I can't imagine that they will hold classes until after the mold is eliminated. Do they have a professional company doing the cleaning?

Too bad you still have to go there tomorrow! Hopefully they can get the high school safe and comfortable to work in quickly. I can't imagine dealing with that!
