60s! That sounds heavenly. We actually could use rain now.
Yes it does! You can have our extra rain. We have an abundance.
I've had Verizon for 20 plus years. I am dropping them for Tmobile.
I have Verizon. I don’t love it. It went into SOS the other day at home. It’s never done that. At work it is in SOS a lot. There is a tower not very far from there. Do you have to buy new phones?
Happy Saturday to you all! :frow

Hi Debby, happy Saturday.
Good morning, DMC.
I did buy a new phone but I'm returning it. It got jarred in shipment and the antenna cord is damaged. I wanted one with an esim & a physical sim so I could use both services on one phone. I have an old galaxy note 8 and a newer galaxy note.
I am currently using my older phone for verizon and have switched the newer one to tmobile. The newest phone will be shipped back on Monday or Tuesday.
The service with tmobile is so much better. I don't understand why a business, like verizon, would let their service go down like this. They don't seem to care about retaining customers. They keep offering me upgrades/more for my money, but paying for more perks is useless if the service doesn't work.

We've been on T-mobile for a few years now and have been mostly pleased with them. I have to say though, our internet service through them was better when we lived in the middle of nowhere than it has been in the center of town where we live now.
I am considering changing to their internet service too. The only reason I hesitate is that I've read it may not work well in a house with a metal roof.
We cannot use starlink because of the tree cover out here and our brightspeed is so unpredictable and slow. We've had CenturyLink which became Brightspeed for more than 20 years also.
Its time to change that too I guess.

Hi Janie! I keep getting those offers too. When hubby got his phone I think he got it for $100…spread out over a 3 year contract. The sales person didn’t say he had to change plans, which cost more. He got a free watch too. I got that. It had a shared plan with my phone for $5…plus $5 in taxes. It’s such a joke. For now I’ll stick with them because the boys and my sister are still on it. I know I will never do a contract again for a “free phone”.

I know exactly what you mean. They are pretty shady with the "free" phones, fees, and upgrades. I am going to continue use prepaid because its much cheaper. They keep trying to get us back on the postpaid plans but we always buy our phones outright and we don't care about disney and whatever other channels they include. We just want service that works. I switched from postpaid to prepaid about 4 years ago and it saved me almost $100 a month. Of course, if you can't get a signal, no amount of money is worth it.

Hi Debby, happy Saturday.

Hi DMC, hope your Saturday is off to a good start! What does it mean when your phone goes into SOS, I'm not familiar with that.

Interesting about the metal roof may impact service...certainly something to check into before switching.
