I have low back issues on and off too. Our daughter got me a body length heating pad with adjustable massage. It works wonders when you have back issues! It has been a real help for me!

Good morning Debby! Currently 48 here on what we call the wet side (west side) of the state and it's actually not raining...lol
Sitting at the hotel waiting for dil to day she's ready to load up and head to the airport. It's going to be a long day for the littles.
