I got in a hurry and baked it last night... not my best loaf, I didn't even want to take a picture of it.

I usually do an overnight proof and that works much better!

We usually get quite a few kids at the house so we're well prepared with candy. Kind of hoping we don't have much (or any) left.

Good morning Janie! Thank you. We remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and I finally got a stone counter top. I love it. The Formica counters hubs built when we built our house served us well, but needed replacing.

Stone counter tops are awesome! I installed granite here with a heavy duty molded plastic undersink when I did a complete remodel here several years ago! We love them both!

Is stone like granite, or different? We are midstream remodeling our kitchen. It's on hold again for the solar project, but he should get the walls and floors done this winter, then cupboards refaced, then counters. We were looking at granite, but the Menards staff showed us quartz and said it's better. However, the price tag!

DH bought a huge bag of mixed candy...I've already put a "reserved" sign on the Rollo minis. The kids can have the Milk Duds, PB cups, and the Kit Kats.

We don't get anyone out here, but we still buy it. I steal the Kit Kats.
