Good morning (almost afternoon) to you all!

Got a lot of work done on my latest mosaic last night but it's a lot of small pieces of tile and a big picture so progress has been very slow. I'm going to be glad when this one is done!

Good morning Janie! Not yet! I have our old pick up loaded with stuff to go to the local trash drop off. I won`t be able to take that until Friday! With a bit of luck this 8 inches of snow will melt first! That would make it less of a mess when I get the chainsaw out to clean it up! How are you doing?

I saw where you said you got 8" of that white stuff, wow! We just ended up with a trace and that won't take long to disappear. Stay warm!

Good morning DMC, less wind is good. I wouldn't mind a heating pad for myself this morning

I got so tired of being cold sitting in my home office, so finally ordered this, a heated lap blanket, about a month ago. I'm absolutely loving it and kicking myself for not getting one years ago.

Maybe I should have posted this in the old folks forum.

More snow but not as wet and heavy! Thankfully! Wood stove is cooking!

Here too, for the past couple of days. I love it most of all because the floors are all warm now, and I can run around without 2" thick slippers on.

Hi Debbie, glad you've found something that works for you. I keep a lap blanket on the back of my office chair and it comes in very handy (I'm actually wrapped up in it now).

Yeah that was a shock for me! I am slowly heading for yuck on the snow! Too much too soon! Way too early for me to feel like that lol! Chickens are freaked out, I have a heavy duty tarp for the roof of our run until I have the cash for metal. It works well, but every time this heavy snow falls off and hit the tarp our birds freak out! I think the latest pullets are the cause of it! They didn`t act like that last year! Not a problem staying warm! Our good old woodstove is cooking as we speak lol! Have a great day Debby!
