Yes! I like the gravy packets from Menards. I add real meat juice to them.

We do a mirepoix, with the meat juices, then strain it. I also add in some better than bouillon if it needs a little more flavor.

Then we make stock with the carcass... so yummy!

School has been cancelled tomorrow. I’ll enjoy the day off, but this is the only day we won’t have to make up. After this, we do E-learning. I’d rather be in school.

I'm glad you have the day off. I didn't like when days were canceled, it always ate into the summer. Is that when the E-learning happens... end of the year?

I would have rather used it on a full day. We had a 3 hour early out tomorrow. We worked that 3 hours in August to makeup for getting out early. Now we should get paid for it since they used a snow day.
E-learning happens on a snow day. They end up giving us boring videos to watch.
