Your BP too? I have to watch mine closely. It goes up, then down. Headache when too high, more off balance when too low. I do have BP medication for the high..for the low? Salty food. Green Olives work pretty good. ;)

I am babysitting great grands- a 5yo & a 3yo for a few hours today. My granddaughter and her two, a 7yo & a 9mo old are leaving this afternoon. My daughter will be back for the other two late this evening.
My youngest and his family will be arriving Sunday for a couple of days.
I love them all so much but I will be glad when I can get the house back shipshape. Jim has doctor's appointments the next week so maybe things will settle down after that. I'm going to make an appointment for myself. My b/p is running a little high. Its usually running low so the change is making me feel poorly.
